Sub: SCERTAP-30-day Certificate Course in English Language Teaching for Primary/Elementary School Teachers from 05.02.2026 to 06.03.2026 at RIESI, Jnanabharathi Campus, Bengaluru Identify the eligible teachers and submit through the Google form on or before 14.01.2026 Orders Issued -Reg.
Ref: Lr.RIE/TRG/CELT/PRY-CRS-3 /AP- KL-TG/2025-2026/Dated:07-01-2026 of the Director, Regional Institute of English, South India, Bengaluru.
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference read above and they are informed that the Director, Regional Institute of English, South India, Bengaluru has informed to depute 50 Primary/Elementary School Teachers (Each District @ 2) from Andhra Pradesh to attend 30 days Certificate Course in Language Teaching (CELT) scheduled from 05.02.2026 to 06.03.2026 at Regional Institute of English, South India, Jnanabharathi Campus, Bengaluru.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to give wide publicity and identify the eligible teachers as per the guidelines communicated by the RIESI, Bengaluru in the reference cited above, who are teaching English at the Primary/Elementary school level to apply through the prescribed google form on or before 22-01-2026 without fail.
Further, the following points are to be noted by the teachers before filling out the Google form for the training programmes.
a. Teachers should be capable of acting as a teacher trainer in the department.
b. Teachers should be in sound health with no chronic ailments
c. Preference to be given to newly recruited teachers (both male and female).
d. preference to be given to women-SC/ST/OBC/Differently abled categories.
e. Teachers who have already undergone RIESI Training (60/30 days), either online or face to face, are not eligible.
1. Teachers should be below the age of 50 years Interested eligible teachers for Training Programme should apply through the following Google Form on or before 22-01-2026.
