All the District Educational Officers in the state are invited to the subject cited above and informed that, the proposals are being received from the concerned District Educational Officers seeking permission to pursue B.Ed and B.P.Ed courses, by the concerned individuals.

15751 In this regard, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to submit the proposals seeking permission for B.Ed and B.P.Ed courses for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28 shall be submitted on or before 25.09.2026 through E-Office along with following checklist. No physical file or No enclosure in e office file will be not considered. The proposals received after 25.09.2026 shall not be considered for according permission.

Checklist for B.Ed./B.P.Ed permission for Full Pay allowances under G.O.Ms.No.342, Dt: 30.08.1977:

1. Copy of permission orders issued by DEO for writing APEDCET/APPECET entrance exam

2. Copy of Entrance exam Hall Ticket and Rank Card

3. Original First Generation Certificate issued by competent Authority along with family members

4. Copy of Caste Certificate issued by the competent Authority(Latest)

5. Original Service Certificate(Length of service from the date of joining)

6. Original Indemnity bond for Rs. 10,000/-

7. Copy of College allotment order under convenor quota

8. Copies of Qualification of the individual

9. Proposal from the individual for permission to pursue the course in Regular mode

10. Letter of MEO/Headmaster

Checklist for B.Ed./B.P.Ed permission for Own Pay allowances

1. Copy of permission orders issued by DEO DEO for writing APEDCET/APPECET entrance exam

2. Copy of Entrance exám Hall Ticket and Rank Card

3. Original Service Certificate(Length of service from the date of joining)

4. Copy of College allotment order under convenor quota or management quota

5. Copies of Qualification of the individual

6. Proposal from the individual for permission to pursue the course in Regular mode

7. Letter of MEO/Headmaster
