3. From the Director, Sainik Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada Lr.No.1756/AFFD/ 2026-SF, Dated: 17.06.2026.

ORDER:

The Director, Sainik Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada vide letter 3rd read above, has informed, that the A.P. Non-Gazetted, Gazetted Officers' Association, A.P., have agreed for enhancement of contribution from Rs.50/- to Rs.100/- per head from the salaries of Non Gazetted Officers and from Rs.100/- to Rs.200/- per head from the salaries of Gazetted Officers may be deducted from the salary of each employee for the month of December every year payable on 1st January of succeeding year be recovered as their contribution towards Flag Day Fund to be utilized on Welfare Schemes of Ex-Servicemen.

2. In pursuance of G.Os.1st & 2nd read above and in the circumstances reported by the Director, Sainik Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby order to deduct Rs.100/- and Rs.200/- from every December month salary, effective from December, 2026 salaries payable on 1st January, 2027, from the salary of the Non-Gazetted Officers and Gazetted Officers respectively.

3. All the Heads of Departments and all Heads of Offices, Drawing & Disbursement Officers shall take action to recover and remit the same into the account of O/o Director, Sainik Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada, through online payment only.
